Chatanooga Choochoo

YES ! The news is finally official. When I heard last year March that MS was finally working on version 2 of MSTS (Microsoft Train Simulator), after having shelved it the year before that, it was of course way too early to mention it.

But NOW is the time. And it will be really interesting to see if they can better Auran’s Trainz, that has been THE train simulator ever since MSTS disappointed a lot of customers by lack of follow-up.

One of the interesting titbits of information is that MSTS2 will now use (parts of?) the FSX engine. Anyway, I have added a new page to my blog with interesting links to developer’s blogs and other information. For all of you train freaks !
