Somebody is screwing me… pardonnez-moi le mot…… That’s my internet access speed to Amsterdam (a stone throw away from where I live)….. It SHOULD read 15,000 kb/s and 1,500 kbs !!!!
It gets even worse….. the reason why I started doing access tests was becasue a slow-down in my site access …. to an extent that I even can’t update/maintain them anymore….. my sites are mostly hosted in Texas, on Siteground, and this is what I get this morning:

My ISP is Ziggo, a conglomerate of three old web companies and fast on their way to becoming one of Holland’s WORST companies EVER !
