vallat-lesalluesOur wonderful, cozy little apartment in the Trois Vallées area in France, smack in the middle of Europe’s largest skiing area, is for sale ! We have had wonderful times there, both skiing, hiking and as a base for our many motor trips, but now we are moving south to Italy.

The apartment is located in a large chalet in a group of 6 such buildings, at the exit of an authentic small village РLes Allues Рnear the main ski resort M̩ribel and with the most wonderful view on the Saulire and the Bozel Valley to the east.

It has a living room with kitchen, a master bedroom, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a small bedroom with bedbunks. There is a ski locker at the entrance and a further closet in the cellar of the building. The apartment itself has multiple built-in closets and further storage space in the kitchen and bedroom. It comes fully equipped with kitchen and furniture. Everything is in wonderful condition since we did NOT rent it out and only used it for 2 or 3 months a year at most. The price also includes a space in the underground garage for your car or motorcycle.

There is nothing better than to spend lazy afternoons on the balcony, taking in the views, the healthy mountain air and finally get some reading done maybe.
