An Israeli Airport in the Alps

Errrrrrrm…… well, alright, not quite. Fact is that we ‘landed’ in our mountain retreat again last week and celebrated New Year here in the snow. But at the same time we’ve been working hard to get Ben Gurion for FSX ready, Tel Aviv’s airport modeled by David Rosenfeld of Israel.

Getting a title out for production always is a HUGE undertaking, widely underestimated by both customers and authors, and in fact causes a lot of stress when trying to achieve ‘away from home’. But we’ll get there!
David – and his beta testers and informers – did a wonderful job and the place took more than a year to build, plus 6 iterations in testing to make perfect.

We’ll get it out on the streets BEFORE we leave for Holland again, so stay tuned!

Meanwhile Nina, Camy and I are doing some modest skiing, some walking and I am making tons of pictures for this year’s 3D modeling projects I have planned!

See ya’ll when we get back in Holland!

Happy New Year !!!
